Brockproperty was established in June of 2008 when the real estate market began to soften. We realized that many individuals selling property often bought during peak real estate markets paying top dollar for property. Since the seller often incorporates the realtor's fee into the asking price , the property more expensive than it needs to be. Time and again, individuals who bought in a peak market were trying to sell in a softer market and they struggled to make an adequate return on their investment since they were paying thousands to a realtor.
